I'm thinking of putting the release of the short film on the postcard to be at/during:
I'm currently putting together the postcard and I just got the back done:
I believe that should be all the information I need to put:
- Credits
- Title
- Date, Location
- Contact/Social Media
... and of course a shot of the main character in the film. He's wearing a pretty interesting expression here, looking somewhat confused and surprised, but it's not over the top. Being over the top may catch the attention of anyone who holds the card, but it doesn't fit the character himself, so I just kept this expression.
This is the front of the postcard. I fixed the coloring to match the back image, but it was too dark so I fixed it to be a bit lighter. I then added the text, making the blending mode color-dodge, and then duplicating it since it wasn't bright enough to see. I duplicated it twice, then blurred one of the layers so it looked like it was glowing because I thought it became too bright and needed some sort of other "pizzazz" to it. I lastly added vignette to it to really put the focus on the character and title.
